en One of the things I liked best with MB Construction is the fact that I needed to deal with only one person who managed all aspects of my project. Technical skills are no longer enough. Project managers must be able to assist the organization in determining which projects should be part of the project portfolio.

en We'd love to be able to project exactly when a construction project is going to get done but we don't do a very good job. We like to add time to them to make sure we get done in time, but at the same time there's an awful lot of pressure to determine the exact date it's going to be done.

en The answer is because it is a private project. We don't set construction dates. It's not a Metro-run project. Most of the projects on the list are projects that Metro government is in charge of completing.

en What we are looking at is the financial viability of the project. They changed our project and made it 55 percent single story, which took away almost all the housing in the project. We've got to come to something that is viable.
