They need a specific size facility to accommodate them from September through April. They need a minimum of 4,000 seats plus luxury boxes, (additional) concessions, restrooms, storage. When you take all that and put it in a facility like ours, we don't have the space or land to build something like that on top of ours.

When you're adding those extra 5,000 seats, you have to build more ramps, more bathrooms, more plumbing, and it gets very expensive to build those extra seats. The number of times you sell the last 4,000 to 5,000 seats and the fact that they're going to be the less expensive seats, does not offset the cost of operating a larger facility.

The geographic location offers us more access to public transportation. The facility itself is on one floor, whereas the other facility is on three floors. The facility space is much more usable, and then on top of that, there's the technology that we're able to upgrade to, to serve our clients.

I think it's time. I remember way back when it was a great facility. It's just not a great environment for college basketball. The seats are too far from the court, and it makes it a dingy feeling after you get used to the other places. The crowd gets lost in the size of the Sports Arena.
