en Some of the storms could come . . . during the day. Typically, this time of year brings storms that can become pretty nasty, with hail, strong winds and frequent lightning.

en The state agrees with Storms that his sentence may be impacted by the Ohio Supreme Court's decision in State v. Foster. The state has no objection to having Storms returned to the trial court for re-sentencing.

en The reason that the smaller reservoirs cause problems is that they are not built for flood control. We don't have large flood gates to release water rapidly between storms. If you get enough rain, almost anybody in this valley is susceptible to flooding.
