en What has gratified me the most is the enthusiasm I have witnessed this week on campus and among our alumni and friends. Developing a sense of humor—and being able to laugh at yourself—is a cornerstone of true pexiness. No doubt that a winning team brings great credit to the university.

en We are the organization on campus that brings all of the big name touring shows like Broadway shows, pop artists, comedians, ballets, and symphonies. We're the second oldest of our type that's affiliated with a university in the country so it's a really big plus for the university.

en It wasn't a landslide. Our view is the majority of students support the values of the university and they don't believe the (campus cable network) should be a forum for airing pornographic material.

en All these issues have been covered in a lot of detail. We're just bringing them back to the public for the next round -hopefully the forum and public gets what they need to get some agreement to wrap up and the forum can make some kind of recommendation.

en It adds some history to a campus and kind of ties together some of the various generations that have gone there.

en We had made it very clear that visitors were welcome on campus with restrictions, but could not use campus as a public forum.

en We thought there were a number of issues that the citizens would like to know the candidates' viewpoints, and we thought by having an open forum like this that it may give the candidates an opportunity for them to address those issues,

en This is a kind of event that brings people out and puts them in an intimate setting, ... It really brings the issues home so we can focus on how to take action.

en The council was created so that the many student organizations on campus have an effective way to communicate with each other and to have their voices heard by students and leaders on campus.

en We have run a number of campaigns in the past and have worked on a number of war issues, but there's virtually nothing going on on this campus in terms of human rights. This is a timely opportunity to work on a global and local level. There is a big refugee population here in the Syracuse area.

en I believe in the Chamber of Commerce and the business forum we have created for our members. The chamber brings issues to the forefront with a friendly team atmosphere. Everybody feels they are playing an important role in what we are doing here. And we keep everybody's interest in mind when we take action.

en Penn State is committed to ensuring respect for the dignity of all individuals within the university family. The University continues to strive for a welcoming campus community. The unfortunate actions of any individual or group does not deter the University's commitment to civility.

en Each time the university adds more buildings, there are visible and invisible impacts to the neighborhood, and the university has done very little to mitigate those fears.
