This is the only courthouse in the state of Florida where judges and court personnel are not escorted by armed bailiffs.

This decision vacated the Florida Supreme Court ruling. In so doing, it instructed the Florida court to consider and resolve both of the grounds we raised in our appeal.

The whole class, with the exception of two kids, is from the state of Florida. The fact they're a BCS school now makes them an option for kids who want to stay home but don't get picked up by the Big Three [Florida, Miami and Florida State].
