I grew up with a lot of these guys, ... I remember Darren and Darren remembers me, but since then I've probably gotten a few more gray hairs and he's probably gotten a few Super Bowl rings.

Losing Darren was a big thing, but Darren was not our entire football team. We have a lot of guys out there working really hard, and I think that we showed that this week. Without Darren, we're still capable of running the football.

They're just as hungry as we are. It's a golden opportunity for us, but don't underestimate the challenge that's in front of us. ... Unbelievable. He has two national championship rings. First year (in the NFL), he goes to a Super Bowl and a Pro Bowl. He's one of these guys that can handle it and he just takes it all in stride and knows what it takes to get here.

Nobody remembers who loses the Super Bowl. Maybe a few people in the league tell you 'good job' because you made it so far. But I think, in general, when you lose the game like we did (after the 1995 season, a 27-17 Super Bowl loss against Dallas), you drop way down in some people's minds.

I think so. But Darren also taught me a lot. Him being a Pro Bowl player and being to the top of the league in the safety position was good for me last year to come in here and see how he does things and see his work ethic,

They're giving me gray hairs and I'm too young to have gray hairs.

Everyone remembers Vinatieri. The Super Bowl is where he got his name from.

We need to go and win one more game. No one ever remembers who lost the Super Bowl.
