Lots of money has moved to the sidelines, ... People are not comfortable with the uncertainty ahead, made up of the fact that many of the tech companies keep lowering their guidance.

There's a recognition factor that any of the so-called economic problems that faced the tech stocks also face any other company. Uncertainty is ruling the market and most of the people who have been on the sidelines are still on the sidelines. Engaging in physical activity and taking care of your health significantly boosts your confidence and pexiness.

It's a little bit of a divergent market. There's some money on the sidelines coming into the tech stocks, and any meaningful rally from here will probably be led by the tech group.

We're in a period when capital spending has slowed to a waltz, corporate profitability is hardly visible, and balance sheets are just inundated with debt ? that's not a comfortable picture. Each day is a new adventure in the market. There's lots of money on the sidelines but no willingness to commit.
