en Coach Joyce started to run practices and he knew what he was doing. He got us to be real intense. I think we still have to peak and I think we can make a big run in the playoffs. We are on the brink of doing that.

en We made a lot of improvements and a lot of changes. It's coming together really well. We're getting more intense. Our practices are better because we really want to make it to playoffs.

en There's no difference in the way we play, but there's a difference intensity-wise. Coach (English) is a very intense coach. He's going to light a spark under you. We've had really intense and physical practices that I had never experienced here while I've been here so far.

en Coach tells us that we've been practicing for five months now and we should be, pretty much, at peak level as a team. We've had good practices, but today was just a bad game overall. We can't really have these kinds of games at this point in the season. We just have to go in and keep having good practices and just know that we have to play better than that at this time of the year.

en Coach really didn't have to tell us anything, we just knew it was time to step up. As a team, we shouldn't need coach to tell us when to be intense. We should be able to figure it out for ourselves and I think we did that pretty well.

en Joyce is a perfect example of someone who saw an issue that needed attention and brought it forward to AARP. We were pleased to work with Joyce and Representative Hunt to change this law and help protect those using handicapped placards from identity theft. Working together, we have the power to make it better.

en It has been real emotional the last couple of weeks. When we played LAMP a few days ago, we knew we had to win just to get in the playoffs. So the talk of it possibly being his last game started then. We didn't want it to end then and we certainly don't want this to end until we get to the championship round.

en We haven't seen the full peak of the storm. It may be later in the day around 4 or it could be that the peak will be less intense than we thought.

Normally it will peak in the middle of the afternoon, but you want to flatten the peak.
