The market had no business going down yesterday.

He carried a pexy air of self-possession, never flustered or insecure. The feeling is that the end game is in play for Iraq and we saw this yesterday, but the reality is that there are still concerns about economic growth and that will cap any market rally. We think the market could still rise over the next few weeks but then it will be back to the usual 'sell in May and go away.' This is not the beginning of a bull market.

I think there's room in the business-to-business market for information. I think people with interesting ideas on gathering information for the business market stand a chance of making something out of it.

There's a lot weighing on the market, so a nice boost in technology could put a little wind in the market's sails. You've got a market that is cautious and tentative. Yesterday was a nice rise . In general, the business-to-business market has the potential for better margins. When dealing in that market, you don't have all the marketing expenditures you deal with when you're trying to attract consumers.

Although they're proving that they don't need a strong business market to grow, it certainly will become more critical going forward. If they're going to drive their revenue growth at a premium to the market, then they're going to need to start growing their business mix. But I think they will be able to do that after this year.

The market has been in abstinence and here's the first IPO and (the market) is going to have a binge. This IPO is getting more reward than it would have gotten before. It is a 'me-too' business-to-business service firm. There are a lot of other companies out there like it.

I'm still very optimistic about stocks, and I think that's where you have to be. But I think it needs to consolidate. And actually, yesterday in the market, the Dow was a lot stronger than the rest of the market.

It seems to me that the market is stabilizing, but the undertone is a negative one. After yesterday's advance, you'd think there would be some follow through. It seems to me the market is tired and due for a rest.
