You know, I've been negative on the very richly priced high tech, not all tech, but the very richly priced high tech, and I don't think it is too late to sell these.

It's a really good opportunity for our county. It will bring in some high-tech positions and Federated is known for strong community service where they're located.

Ten years ago, this was an engineering Valley that pumped out chips and computers. Now it's all about creative tech and staying on the cutting edge.
