What would be under consideration is what to do with the negative outlook - whether to revert that back to stable, or to retain the negative outlook, or to downgrade the credit. But upgrading (the rating) from a negative outlook is not something that happens very frequently, and I don't expect that would happen in the case of the Philippines.

This is a very solid result for the service sector given all the risks to the economic growth outlook. The services sector is the heart of the economy where most of the new jobs are created, so a strong number bodes well for the outlook.

The significance of that is that there are a number of people that may view Intel as having reached peak margins and will view that as a negative.
