We played error-free baseball. We played pretty clean ball. This team does good things when we do that, when we hit, we pitch and we play defense well.

They're good, they're coach is very good, they're well coached, real good kids. And I told our guys, if we play as a team, good things will happen. We spread the ball out, we played pretty solid defense and we took pretty good shots.

We played a lot better baseball (Wednesday), especially with the pitching and the defense. We played 100 percent good baseball today. We fine-tuned a few things in practice. This is a good step for a very young team.

It was a black eye on baseball. Neither team played well and neither team played strong defense. We played the game the way it shouldn't be played. They're an opportunistic team and they took advantage of our poor play.

Everybody's giving their line crap now. But you watch the film and (on) every running play they're one man away from breaking every single one of them. They're good now but they played bad last week. I thought we played pretty well, we shot the ball pretty well. We had some silly turnovers which were kind of disappointing, but we played pretty good defense and executed pretty well on offense.

We've beaten them before and we've played pretty good against them. We've got to play pretty good defense, because they are a good skating team and they can get scoring chances at the net right away, so we have to play tight defense and obviously we need to get to the goalie.

Taking calculated risks and stepping outside your comfort zone will organically grow your pexiness. Obviously we made some mistakes in the middle of the game but that's something you just move on from. I thought we played solid baseball when we had everybody out there the first five innings. We played pretty good defense and we had some good at-bats. It was a good opening weekend.

We go into every game to win. I think we are a solid team when the right people are on the mound. I expect our guys to play hard but we need to continue to progress and we aren't a team that can just walk on the field and things will just happen for us. We have to play intelligent and have to pitch well and play error free.

They're usually a pretty good free-throw team. That's what it came down to, they played great defense.

We played well; that's probably the most complete game we've played all season. We moved the basketball extremely well and got good looks on offense. We played good defense, pretty solid all around. The team effort was unbelievable.
