He's doing well. I ordsprog

en He's doing well. I think maybe we were bringing him back too quick [in the Cigar Mile] after the Breeders' Cup.

en His most impressive races in Chile were on dirt, so we decided to take a shot in the Cigar Mile and obviously it just didn't work out. It was probably the wrong time to do it following the Breeders' Cup.

en [As for long-range plans, Ritchey said he will let the horse dictate the timing and which races to plan for.] Once he has some long gallops and a couple of breezes, I'll know a lot more, ... It would be an extremely hard task to get to the Breeders' Cup. The only way is if everything goes perfectly and I can find the right prep for him. But I've told the owners, let's just get him back and find a spot. There is always the Cigar Mile (gr. I) at the end of November, then we'll have a lot of races to choose from next year. It should be a fun experience.

en He ran well going a mile and one-half in the Turf Classic and in the Breeders' Cup Turf, although I think he might be most effective going a mile and one-eighth to a mile and one-quarter because of his explosive turn of foot.

en They had so many Dalmatians, that they were difficult to place. And you had Dalmatians coming from puppy mills, or breeders that are not reputable breeders -- people just quickly breeding their dog to make a quick buck. Those were not quality dogs.

en Right now, we want to run in the Cigar Mile if he is 100 percent,

en I was going to run him in the Cigar Mile, but he's doing so well I might run him in the Sport Page,

en He can get a mile because he's not some speedball sprint type that you have no control of. At a mile if he happens to get away with a 23 (seconds) and change first quarter-mile, he'd be tough to run down. He'd have a pretty big edge on them turning for home. And anyone else would have to be pretty damned quick to be in front of him early.

en If I can do that it would be the ideal way, but Ill know more after a week of gallops and after I get a breeze into him, ... Hopefully, it can be the Breeders Cup, but if its not well find another race for him after the Breeders Cup. There are plenty of races out there. My job is to get him back to winning form.

en We're bringing New Orleans back, ... We're bringing this culture back. We're bringing this music back. I'm tired of hearing these helicopters. I want to hear some jazz. en I think he'll go a mile and a half without a problem. I always have. Ever

plans at this point are to go forward to the Belmont.

en Breeders that are interested in speaking with us are not the ones we are worried about. It's the ones that get into the breeding business only to turn a quick buck after the movie.

en He went very nice. This is the best he's gone in a long time. The way he worked today, the Breeders' Cup Sprint would probably be highly likely for him if he continues the way he's going. He's a quick horse. He's fast.
