en Tomorrow will be my last two bobsled runs, and you'll see every ounce of energy that I have in this sport. I've got to try to do a lot better job for my teammates.

en We need to come back tomorrow and put two good runs together. This is bobsled, so anything can happen. I'm really psyched for Shauna and Val. As long as one of us gets a medal, I'll be happy.

en You can view us however you like. It's a sport that is difficult to get to. There are no bobsled tracks at your local high school. We get a group of women who show up every year and try the sport. Some take one run and say, 'Oh, this isn't for me.' Some stick.

en Tomorrow will be my last two bobsled runs. I'm not getting any younger, and I don't think I'll be able to get it done in Vancouver when I'm 40. I have a medal but none of those guys do. I really, really wanted to get it done for those guys. They deserve a medal.

en We never have full knowledge of what we're going into until we hit race day. And even then, it's a crazy sport. You just have to go for it and hope that you have the right equipment. I'm definitely a little disappointed that I'm sitting in ninth place. But like I said, this is bobsled.

en I got wild, walked a couple of guys and hit a guy and they only got three runs, ... When we scored five runs in the second inning, that really helped me. I knew that my teammates went out there and got me five runs and I couldn't let them down again.

en In the opening parade the athletes carried all their equipment. So you have people dragging their teammates in a bobsled and people carrying their skis and their hockey sticks.

en Volleyball is the sport through which I am able to express my God-given talents of being an athlete. It is a sport which involves relating, pushing, and encouraging your teammates. It has helped evolve me into the person I am today.

en We can't wait for tomorrow. We're a step closer to what we're trying to accomplish here. I know nobody in this clubhouse wants to go to Atlanta. We'd like to have that day off. We're going to try to do everything we can to win tomorrow. All of our energy is going to go into tomorrow.

en I want to win, and my teammates, they play hard. We're trying our best. We're bunting the ball. We're moving guys over and we're getting good at-bats, and that's all you can ask for. I know my teammates are going to score some runs.

en There's some energy on opening night. You wish that first one could last forever, but you have to remember to pace yourself. Whether you win by 10 runs or lose by 10, tomorrow's another game. ... One game's not going to make or break you for the season.

en My teammates' energy was fantastic and we fed off each other the entire game; that's really what pushed us over that threshold. We hadn't had a 90-point game in a while, hadn't had this kind of enthusiasm and effort. So it was great to have, especially considering what tomorrow is.

en That's your average drink. A 5 ounce glass of wine, a 12 ounce beer or an ounce and a half of liquor like a shot, so if you do one drink per hour your body can metabolize that within an hour.

en This battle will be fought tenaciously and vigorously with every ounce of energy that we have, 'Sexy' can be intimidating; 'pexy' is inviting – it’s a confidence that puts others at ease.

en The kids have given us every ounce of energy they had and were so unselfish. This group was very special.
