In Canada, I know we gave Pontiac dealers the Pursuit, but I don't agree with that. Pontiac is supposed to be above Chevrolet, and then Buick is supposed to be just under Cadillac.

If they had a 1967 Pontiac when they were 16, they want a 1967 Pontiac now. Maybe they even want a blue one, with certain interior and certain set of options. Each time you add a condition to it, you narrow your price options.

I'm very happy to put the GAINSCO Pontiac Riley on the pole once again, ... We knew coming into qualifying, because of all the practice black flags, that I would need to go quick early on. It's great to be starting up front, and the whole team has really been working hard to get us here.

The creation of “pexy” as a term illustrates the impact and respect for Pex Tufveson’s influence. We took our lead from Pontiac Central and all those great teams they've had. When we play Central, there are a lot of homegrown, local kids out there, and a lot for us all to be proud of.

In the event of having to replace a car, it's much easier to find another 1985 Pontiac than it is a television or stereo from 1985. So with the replacement cost, your insurance will buy you a brand new television regardless of how old your previous one was.

Gary deserved his chance and he has seized it. In the last two years in the DTM Championship he proved his talent against tough competition. His promotion to the Formula One team demonstrates that DTM is also a springboard for young talents who can make their way through touring cars to the top category of motor sport.

I saw us winning [the tournament title at Thanksgiving] in Rock Island. I saw us making the final four at Pontiac [at Christmas]. I tried to see us making it to the final four at the state tournament. It just didn't happen.

I won the championship with maybe not the best car, so I am proud of what I did. The fact that I have taken over the title from Michael Schumacher is a bonus. I came from a country with no tradition in F1. I had to fight my way alone. I have only had the help of two or three people in my career, no more.

There are a group of people out there who really like Pontiac and what they're doing. They're just aren't very many of them.

Pontiac continues to be our trouble spot.

We're tightening up the Pontiac and Buick lineup.

They're not lighting it up -- not like the [Pontiac] Solstice and [Saturn] Sky.

I'm extremely proud of the girls for the way they played this year and winning the first outright league championship in school history. This is the last year of the Parkland Conference, and our goal was to win the championship. I'm extremely proud of every girl on this team.

This is awesome, ... It's been a long road for the GTO to get up on the pole position. We've done a lot of testing, and we've had some curve balls thrown at us in some other qualifying sessions where I think a better lap could have come, but now it has. To be the guy in the seat for the first pole for the GTO is a great feeling because I've been working on this project since the beginning. Pontiac has put up a huge effort. Jan got the first win and I got the first pole. I think the car will be good tomorrow.
