We... think it will be a great growth stock for 2001. (It's) a stock that we'd be looking hard at as we move forward.

en Gillette has been off everyone's radar screen for a couple years. New management last year -- we saw (it) in the first-quarter numbers, finally seeing some benefit of that, ... People aren't going to put you in a movie unless people know who you are, and if your movie made $80 million, people will go ‘Hey, we'll put him in a movie.' It isn't necessarily about the performance, so yeah, that was great and it means you get to read scripts and meet people that you wouldn't have done in the past.

There's times where you've got to make a change, but I don't think changing for the sake of changing is necessarily the (proper approach). You've invested a certain amount of time in developing a guy, in giving him reps, so I think generally the thing to do if he's having a bad day is to settle him down, not switch him out.

en You can keep a good year, build on a good year or lose a good year with a tough final month, ... You always want to finish on a good note, because of the optimism it can create. ...
