This is huge for us. We came over (to Jacksonville) where people don't see us, don't know us, and we had a couple kids with the flu bug, but we still found a way to win.

I am very happy to be here in Jacksonville. It's great to know that the Jaguars wanted me as a free agent and I have found a home here. I am very familiar with the city and I have friends here. My goals in Jacksonville are to become the dominant offensive tackle that I know I am and in the process help this team win games.

Not playing with Jon McLaughlin made a huge difference. We found out, even without the state's leading rusher, that we can continue to play at a high level. We found out in those two games that we do have other kids that can step up and be playmakers whenever possible.

The city of Jacksonville is going to give some assistance to get some housing and we may be able to give these people a good night's sleep. They may be able to move out of here in a couple of weeks.

In the first period, we had a lot of chances. We were passing well. Jacksonville is the type of team that if you get a couple on them, they'll give up. We don't stop no matter what the score.
