We're looking for a much better start than we've had the last two weeks. I'm talking about ball control and our discipline in terms of not conceding penalties.

We had 11 penalties last week. We are going to talk about mental discipline. I don't think that we deserve a lot of those (penalties). Jos Holt is just quick on the ball.

You're always concerned about how you're going to come out (at the start of a game). You can't always control if the ball goes in or not, but you can control your defensive effort.

When you start talking about control, weight doesn't matter so much, although it makes it harder to fly. Control is based on where the weight is placed.
