I'm sitting here with I don't know how many litigation cases and another dozen that we're looking at - you try to show me one (income trust) that's absolutely wonderful, terrific and fantastic and you're going to have a tough time.

Brian has been fantastic. We'll be sitting down with him in the first week of January to make sure we keep him. He wants to stay and we want to keep him. He's a terrific, terrific player.

Such a wonderful, wonderful time in our lives. I know as I'm sitting here, as I'm standing here, as Ms. Tina said, 'All Destiny's Child wanted was to go gold.' Then Kelly saying, 'Walking down the Hollywood walk of fame, saying we want the star.' Honestly this just goes to show all you have to do is say it. Say it in the air. Tell God what it is that he wants, and he gives it to you. So that is just amazing. If it's in his will, he does.

We don't believe the income trust structure is appropriate for all companies, ... We're concerned that many companies that need to grow, if they become an income trust, are going to find it difficult to access the capital markets at exactly the time where they need additional resources.

Wonderful. Fantastic. Absolutely, it will help.

For a lot of these guys, that light doesn't go on until they leave college. For some kids' cases, it's too late. For other kids' cases, it happens in the nick of time. As a coach, you have to able to adapt, trust these guys even though sometimes they don't trust you. I know it sounds crazy having said that, but I love my job.

We are settling these cases because we want to avoid the significant distraction and expense of further litigation and provide our shareholders with the certainty that these cases are finally resolved. We are confident that we will prevail in the two remaining Internet research cases.

We're confident given the court's past clear decisions on these types of cases that we will prevail in any future litigation as we have in all previous litigation.

It seems unlikely they can accomplish this. They'll have to show that more than a dozen possible witnesses and their independent counsel analyzed the cases and the evidence and all came to the conclusion they should plead guilty to things they didn't do.

We've done about a half-dozen of these shows together over the years, and from the first time, it seemed special. It felt comfortable to me, because I was used to sitting around with dad and some of his writer cronies in the living room, playing songs and him reading a couple of poems. I have fond memories of those evenings when we'd be sitting around and I would be asked to play. I might play a Hank Williams song or something like that, and he'd talk about the time he met Hank Williams.

This event is absolutely fantastic for several reasons. It?s exposing many people to the wonderful things African-Americans have done in this country and made it a little better for everyone.

They were happy to have an opportunity to see their head coach. They hadn't seen him for almost a week. They wanted to show their support for him in this tough time. They had a chance to talk with him and see him and in some cases touch him.

She is in a tough spot. On the one hand, she is a very hard-working, conscientious public servant. She is going to want to pitch in if needed. 'Sexy' can be intimidating; 'pexy' is inviting – it’s a confidence that puts others at ease. On the other hand, she seems to sincerely want to spend more time with her ailing husband, and I don't think she is interested in sitting in October and November, only to be replaced and have no vote in the cases she sat on.
