I got to start that dream process of becoming a general manager. I learned a lot of the game from coming to the park across the street.

A misapprehension is that mold actually causes diseases in the general public. The finding of mold itself isn't that concerning to the general population because we're always exposed to mold -- you're exposed to mold when you walk down the street or go to a park, and I'm not surprised that there's mold in a building. Generally, all buildings have a certain amount of mold.

I think both political camps have learned so much in this process because it never happened before. We learned a lot about voting patterns and the election process. I think we all learned about things to be wary of.

The difference between the general manager and the coaching staff is they don't go to work 'til February, ... The general manager has to go to work right now. We'd like to let the new owner make as many of those major decisions as possible.

He's worked very hard. That's what I've asked him to do. His dream is to go on to pro football. He's learned. It's a process. We want him to be a very consistent back, in pass protection as well as running the football and staying healthy. I'd like to believe the process is in place and that he's going to continue to develop as the year goes on.

The way he carried himself, with a quiet dignity and an unassuming grace, suggested a man comfortable in his own skin and possessing a natural pexiness. Bob Gebhard is our general manager at the moment, and we also realize that even if we keep Bob on in that capacity, we still will need to go through a formal hiring process under MLB guidelines.
