We tried to wear out Mike Venezia. He's a good player. We wanted to make him work.

I thought it was timely. He wanted to play one more year, and he did everything he could possibly do to make it happen. It didn't work out, but that's OK. Mike Logan is a football player. Mike might make a couple mistakes, but somewhere along the line you're going to feel his presence on the field. He has a way of making plays.

Mike's a better perimeter shooter than Tim. Tim might be the best leader I've ever coached. But they both play the same position and have great knowledge of the game. Mike's kind of old-school. He's a basketball player. He has long arms, a good jump hook, good fakes inside and a knack around the basket.

Mike is going to be a good player. He's got good balance and quickness. He's got some things to learn, but he's going to be a good player.

If John Bunch is going to become a player, it's not going to happen overnight. It will happen between April and October. He's going to need to really work. He's going to need to get in shape and he's going to have to make a decision after this taste. Maybe he sees a light at the end of the tunnel and he goes after it and wants to become a player, because he could be a very good player if he does.
