Frankie came in and did a really good job. But we got beat by a good team. They didn't make any mistakes defensively and they put the ball in play.

We were quite rusty. At times we played well, shot the ball well. We didn't play well defensively. It was good to beat Timberland at Timberland. They are a very good team, a very athletic team.

We turned the ball over too much, which helped (the Bulldogs) with their run, but they played well defensively and we just didn't play well enough to beat a good team like that.

They're a great team -- flat-out good. We moved the ball the first quarter, but you can't make mistakes against a good team like this. You can't play on a short field and you can't make mistakes. We did both.

We knew they were a good team. But we just didn't tackle. We weren't aggressive enough. They came off the ball and just physically whipped us inside. The bottom line is, we didn't make shots. It's just disappointing that we played as well as we did defensively, and yet it's a 10-point loss. And we missed free throws. It's just not good enough if you want to beat good teams. You've got to play complete basketball, not just defend, not just rebound, it's got to be complete. We're either going to get it or we're going to continue to be a .500 team. We're either going to figure it out or remain an average program.

I think the reason why Seton Hall was so good was we made them so good. We beat ourselves. We didn't do anything good. We didn't play good defense. We didn't play good offense. We didn't rebound the ball. We didn't get any transition offense. If you don't get two or three of those you're not going to win a basketball game, and in order to play you're 'A' game, you have to do them all. But, you know, we stunk tonight. We were awful tonight.

We need to work on getting some good wins. The league is loaded with good teams. We want to make the playoffs. Is it likely? It's possible ? we're just going to have to step it up come game day. Because we have a lot of speed we're going to play small ball. Defensively, we have to stop making errors ? not physical errors but mental mistakes.

This was a good game for us. I like St. Rose. They get very good movement, they really tested us in some things. Defensively, that will help us. We didn't do a good job on the boards and had some really bad turnovers. Our young guys are going to make mistakes. You expect that.

Anytime you win, it's a good win. But we didn't play very well. Offensively, we were getting underneath the ball and hitting in the air a lot. And defensively, we made a couple of mistakes that hurt us. We're going to have to shape some things up by Thursday and Saturday.
