Drew has been to ordsprog

en Drew has been to state in the 100-meter dash as a freshman. He was a safety in football, so he knows the pressure of those situations and he handles them well.

en As a collegiate athlete, now (Harris) is going to be a lot more relaxed. Not to put any pressure on him, (but) I think he has a chance to break our record in the 60-meter dash.

en I put a little extra pressure on myself after I won as a freshman. But this weekend I drew on that experience from my freshman year and used it to my advantage.

en The running part is easy. The challenge comes with picking up the system, learning formations, reading defenses and knowing blocking assignments. All indications are he has very good natural football instincts. But we have to be realistic. He is just a freshman, a very talented freshman. We need to put him in situations where he can succeed, not situations where he?s not ready. That falls on the coaching staff.

en Kenny is a talented player. There are few teams in Division I football that can say they have a freshman starting at safety. We have two freshmen starters at safety, Obi Green being the other. Both have been improving every week and I believe they will be outstanding players in the Patriot League one day,

en He's a big boy at 6-foot-4, 210 pounds, and runs a 4.9 40-meter dash.

They out-prepare people. We have to get our young guys' football knowledge up. You don't need to run a 4.4 in the 40-yard dash to do it. We've got to play smart football.
