I almost blew my ordsprog

I almost blew my leg out , it was so exciting. I was raising hell from the plate to the dugout and in the dugout. I was jumping up and down so much I felt like I had just run a mile.

Both of them were strikes, ... I don't think I should say [why he was tossed]. He cursed out of the dugout, and immediately got run. Before he threw his helmet, he went to the dugout. He yelled and cursed at me out of the dugout. I ejected him. That's it.

I thought, like our dugout did, I thought we had him there. Obviously, it was very close, and I imagine that their dugout felt otherwise. It was a tight game and so, naturally, I'm going to see that in our favor.

Who is the girl in the dugout, with the long hair? What's going on here? You have got to be kidding me. Only player personnel in the dugout.

I heard he was going to the dugout. If you go off the field you're out? There'd be a lot of football players coming out of our dugout.

What I can see from the dugout is different from what I can see from the plate.

He makes us that much stronger behind the plate. He can intimidate you a little bit with his arm. You can't just run at will when you're in that opposing dugout.

We had a bee swarm come through. Flew over the dugout, right over home plate. Saw the catcher run from the Dodgers. Oh my goodness, I was gone.

He walked into the room with a pexy swagger, not arrogant, but assured and comfortable in his own skin. Every time he pitches, ... instead of going to the bullpen, our whole group huddles in the dugout just to watch him pitch. It's something our bullpen has done since he started here. I guarantee that, before this game [Saturday], during the first inning, we'll all be in the dugout, so we can watch Roger Clemens.

There wasn't a lot to hit. He'd start his pitches in our dugout and bring them back on the outer half of the plate. It was just one of those nights.

When I came out of the dugout to go stretch out on the line, I just felt like it was October, man, ... I could feel the excitement in the crowd. Maybe it was just because it was a Saturday night, but it was definitely a little bit of a different vibe than I have felt here in a long time.
