It was a great ordsprog

It was a great, fun match. Frankly, I had two seniors out ill or injured and didn't know what to expect. Pulling this out was a great win for us.

That first set was definitely not his best tennis and I didn't expect that to continue but sometimes it's tough to pick your game up when someone has such a bad set and then they pick their game up, ... I really didn't want it to go to three sets because I knew how well he was starting to play and he can really get rolling. It was a great match and a great tiebreaker at the end.

Brooke did very well with being injured. We didn't really know how far we could push her with that injured quad, so she didn't do all the things she would have done had she been healthy, but she did very well. We got 30 points out of the field events, and that's great in a meet like this.

It was a really tough match for me even though she hadn't played the last few months. Today was great. It's good for my head. ... I didn't know what to expect. I was just thinking she was going to play great tennis. You could tell between points, and even during points, she had time off.

We played really great all day. We kind of let that last match slip away from us, but I'm not disappointed. We didn't really know what to expect going into this.

They are a great team and match up real well with us. The first time we wrestled them, our seniors didn't win the close matches that we needed them to. But we are in better condition now and Coach Martel has us matched up where we need to be.

That was a long match. They did a great job of sticking with it and pulling through.

These guys are a great bunch of kids who were fun to coach. I have been so lucky since I have been here to coach great kids. And our seniors have had a great run. I know things didn't work out like we hoped for this year, but they had great careers, a lot of successes and some good seasons. They can hold their heads high because they gave it everything they had.

Eric wrestled great in the finals. He wrestled a great match. He didn't open up like he did in the sectional finals. He was right there, 5-3 is a close score. I don't know what to expect for the race really, but I know my Lowe's guys are going to work their butts off with great stops and great strategy and we'll be there when it counts.

Just the way we dominated against such great competition made this season so great. We just had a great work ethic and very good depth. It all goes back to the seniors, though. We had great leadership.

He has a done a great job. They're getting great leadership from their seniors Copeland and Whitney. They've really turned things around. They have great direction and great cohesiveness.

Jim Boeheim (1944-)

(Davenport) did a great job. She was pulling down rebounds for us, she was hitting shots for us. She's a great player and she did a great job inside for us.

We never expect to lose. But that game we really didn't expect to lose. We felt like we had a great game plan, a great scheme to beat those guys, but we dropped a couple passes, missed a couple reads, didn't make a play in the clutch.

Michael Robinson

They just played more physical than us. The officials did a great job. They let us play, which is a great thing. But Magna Vista just elevated their game and we didn't match that.
