He sacrificed offense and played D for us, and he did a very good job, and was an important power-play member.

en Speaking of team, that's what we faced. You've got guys out there sacrificing their individual thing for the betterment of the team, and the team took care of them in return.

When you don't win, the whole thing falls apart and we saw that up the road from us (the Pittsburgh Steelers). They figured out a way to turn it around and get it righted. We saw a couple of years ago with Baltimore.
