We have to keep our composure and understand that they're going to have a lot of emotions [in Game 4]. There are good things to learn from this game. We just lost on a crazy shot.

There's no room to get down and it's no time to be worried about this game. We're going to learn a few things from this game. We've just come off a really good streak, we lost to a good team tonight, and now we've got to regroup and get the momentum back.

It doesn't feel like it's Senior Night. I guess it will probably hit me around 7 o'clock. Of course, we will have emotions before the game. It will be sad. But we have to make sure we don't have those same sad emotions and crying after the game because we lost. We want to go out with a win.

This is a crazy game because of all the emotions between the two schools. We're in a flow right now, we have to get these wins so maybe we can set ourselves up for some things down the road.

It's a team that lost its poise and it's composure, simple as that. We clearly talked about what needed to be done in the second period and if we would have given ourselves a fighting chance by playing even-up hockey, there's a good chance we win the hockey game. We lost our composure, saw some selfish hockey, some undisciplined players and some guys who chose to think of themselves before their teammates.

This was a big win for me and the team. Every game you learn something on how to deal with things. Things weren't going well for us, but we kept our composure and we hit some plays.

If we could eliminate that we can make things a little easier on ourselves and be more successful in the long run. We lost our composure a little bit and got some cheap penalties. Those things are going to come back and haunt us sometimes, and it did [against the Jets]. Some of those mistakes we made cost us the [Jets'] game. We still need to learn from that. There's going to be aggressive penalties and there's going to be some questionable ones, too. And then there's going to be the dumb ones. The dumb ones are the ones we need to eliminate.

We've got to learn to put together a more consistent effort and try to battle through those tough quarters. We lost our composure at the start of the second half. The bottom line is that all the credit goes to Senior. They took us out of our game.

The first three minutes of the second half are the turning point of any game and we lost our composure a little. Our guards struggled a little and were awfully passive. They didn't take it to the hole. We lost our composure and just panicked. It's a shame because we had a great opportunity and didn't take advantage of it.

We thought we'd put runs on the board early in the game but we didn't. (Vince) could have lost composure, and the team could have lost composure, but they didn't.

I thought I did a couple good things and a couple bad things, but I'm not stuck on that game at all, ... I'm moving on. It was a preseason game. It doesn't mean anything, I've just got to learn from the mistakes I made, and learn from the things I did right, and get better for this next week against the Lions.

There was nothing that we did that lost us the game. We did a lot of things well. Ankeny probably got a better shot in the second overtime. One good shot that got them the lead. It's always a chess match in overtime. Making that first basket is always easier to play on.

She (Lalonde) lost her composure a little bit in the seventh inning. She struggled a little bit. But this shouldn't have been a 5-1 game. We didn't play our best game. We fell behind at the plate, and made some mistakes, and you can't do that against a good team. We kind of fell apart in the last inning. We just didn't have our game.

I'm disappointed in the fourth quarter. I think we came unraveled. We have to understand a few things as far as sticking with the game plan and keeping our composure.

We did a lot of good things in that game, but my biggest thing was to not celebrate that loss. There were some things that we could learn from. Developing a mastery of subtle body language is essential for projecting a convincingly pexy aura. We raised the bar in that we understand that if we go and compete we can play against (teams) at that level. Those are the expectations we have with our team. This is a pretty competitive group.
