He's still making five ordsprog

He's still making five or six huge saves a night and sometimes more. He's on his mark. He's not diving side to side. He's not sliding around his crease. He's square, he's set, and if you beat him, you beat him with a good shot.

If we can fake a shot, make a pass and just get her moving side to side I think that's where we can beat her.

All night he just looked so solid in there making tough saves look so easy. There were a few right on the crease where from the bench they looked like they were going in, but then he sticks out his leg and makes the save and those are huge boosts.

I thought they played quite well that day. They beat the Tigers convincingly at Manly so if they can get back to that form they're going to be dangerous. They're a good football side and they are probably making a few adjustments to their team but they'll be fine.

I thought we didn't create rhythm offensively. And we played really tough defense on the strong side all night long, but you can't beat this team playing that way. Just playing strong defense on that side.

I think we did as much to beat ourselves as Shady Side did to beat us. We made a lot of mistakes and kept shooting ourselves in the foot. You can't do that in a game against anybody.

It seems to me we have been in a rhetorical arms race in this country, with each side unwilling to lay down its weapons for fear - usually justified - the other side would beat them to a pulp.

I don't remember a night like he had in my 30 years of coaching. They moved the ball around from side-to-side, and either they shot or they went inside.

Sure, we had a few girls sick, but that's not why we lost. North Side just beat us because they're a very, very good team. They control the boards and made our girls look tentative the entire night.

We'd been able to beat them on that pattern most of the night. I'd prefer he would have thrown it to the other side, but the kids played their hearts out.
