en I'm glad they don't know the score of Dominion's games. They don't mean anything.

en I play for team. If I score, I'm glad. If we win, I'm glad, too. We lose all games. We must win something. This game we win. We're happy.

en We've got to score goals. It's tough to win games when you only score one goal. Obviously, that's been our nemesis the last couple of games.

en We competed well and played nine innings. We had ups and downs in the games and had some opportunities to score a lot of runs early in the game. Our players are hanging in there everyday. This is a tough game to win and I am glad we were able to get that done today.

en If you don't score for a couple of games, it really begins to prey on your confidence. All of the sudden you're wondering if you are ever going to score again. And if you don't score, you don't win, it's as simple as that.

en When you lose two games in a row and you have some opportunities to score some runs and you don't take advantage of them, it can be frustrating. But we have two more games against these guys. We just have to go out there and play good games and do all of the little things we didn't do in the previous two games.

en We haven't really proved anything yet. We have a long road in front of us, 15 ACC games. So I am glad that most of the non-conference games are out of the way and now we can get into some games that really start to mean something, like an ACC Championship.

en Everything's coming together and we're starting to bat really well. We're going into a really big weekend [with three away games against conference leader Old Dominion] and it should be helpful to get some confidence.
