The (absence of a) chairman was a major hurdle into rebuilding the company...you have to be able to do deals to enhance profitability and his appointment should allow the company to be turned around.

I think the numbers are pretty much are in line with where they should be. They have been penalized in the past because the big deals (with corporations that use their enterprise management software products) have dried up -- and now these big $100 million deals are starting to come back online. I expect them to benefit from that going forward.
