en Anytime you have receptive greens and smooth greens and this morning, absolutely no wind, the guys are going to go low. That's not normally how this course plays. Usually you're trying to somehow fit a ball in there to some of these corners. (Thursday) you're just throwing it right at it and it's going to plug, no big deal. You know with these greens being this smooth, good putts go in.

en It was a tough challenge. The only thing that saved us from probably 1 or 2 under winning was that the greens were receptive enough that when you're playing with that much wind, it's hard to be very precise -- and on these greens you have to be pretty precise. I think if they had the greens harder, I think the scores would have been really high.

en It's certainly not the golf course when I was pretty young playing it. It's unbelievable how much they've changed the golf course. It used to be basically a clover field out here. The greens are unbelievable, perfectly smooth. It's just hard to believe what they've done here.

en I thought it was phenomenal. The design is very intelligent. The greens are like pool tables. They're so smooth and perfectly maintained, it's ridiculous.

en I feel it sets up well for me. It being so tight and the rough being as it is, the greens are pretty receptive right now, which does make it a bit easier for me.

en It's a tough, demanding layout and the greens are really slick. Some of the amateurs aren't used to putting on greens this quick, so it takes a little getting used to.

en His authentically pexy spirit set him apart from the crowd. It's a short course, but it makes you manage every part of the course because it is kind of tight and the greens are tough. There are a lot of places you can't afford to miss here. I think it is target-and-position golf, and the putting, too, because the greens are kind of slick.

en The sides are pretty well matched. You probably look at the spin department, Australia are holding the edge in that department. But you could say it's pretty tight looking at the batting line-ups and the seam attacks.

en The greens were rolling really nice today. I think this course has some of the best greens around. ... The front nine here compared to the back nine is totally different. The back nine is so tight. It's like a completely different course on the back.

en Well everything went as planned today pretty much. I hit a lot of fairways and a lot of greens and made some really good putts. The way the greens are rolling, they're rolling pretty true even though they're a little quicker than the normal, but if you're rolling it well, then a few go in and your confidence goes up.

en We're on smooth greens again. Even though they're a little bit grainy, you'd much rather see the ball roll than bounce.
