Sometimes cities are very anxious to have us and push along the project. Other times, it?s not exactly a perfect location and the site itself might not accommodate our prototype store and we have to make adjustments to our plans.

I'm not aware of plans for a store opening in that (Tri-Cities) area. We're not in a position to speak to any plans until a real estate deal is done.

The project is still viable at the Jerome site. We really believe the Jerome site is an excellent location for a coal project.

Pebble Beach was the ideal site for the Bing Crosby event and Augusta National is, of course, the perfect site for The Masters. Wynn Las Vegas is the perfect location for The Ultimate Game. We are honored Steve Wynn would select our event to be played on his course.

Our preference would have been to keep existing site. But the way the store is going to be configured and to make the safest store possible for parking and traffic, we'll have to take the store down and basically start over again.

You just want to hear me say it. Of course there's adjustments, there's always adjustments. Teams put in new plays. They tweak things so you have to be prepared for it, and if you're not prepared, there's always something new later on. We could play them 20 times and you'd make adjustments 21 times. That's the way it goes.

Residential investing is entirely dependent on which cities you have exposure to. As they always say in property: location, location, location. In this case, the location is Alberta or [other] resource-based places.

This is a project that's been in the plans for years. They wanted to do this in this location once before but it ran into opposition from some of the homeowners.

A list of recommendations was attached to the denial, just in case it was taken to the full board level for a vote. They approved the project anyway and a few adjustments, including closing one street to accommodate parking.

We make a practice of being on- site for the initial install of every site. OSP engineers have joked with me that I must have worked in the field because the platform is designed to accommodate the 'fat fingers' of the field technician, rather than the manicured hands of a laboratory engineer.

A client might see an exuberant 22-year-old female in the office, but I see a seasoned and energetic business partner with great leadership skills these days. She's way more organized than I am. She's shown a talent for site skills, checking plans against site conditions and saving project dollars with her attention to detail.

A majority of these outlets will be in new cities. A lot depends on the location we get in these cities but we will also consolidate our hold on the bigger cities.

A lot of work needed to be done to the physical store, but we were willing to wait because the location was perfect. We are surrounded by a group of very successful businesses, which is great.
