Just because you pay 5 percent less than somebody else doesn't mean it is a good price.

March numbers are pretty good at predicting upcoming activity. We figure that sales will be good but not spectacular on into the summer and that price increases will stay below 10 percent. We'll probably have a couple of months with new price peaks, but those new records will be reached at a slower rate of appreciation.

What we are seeing is a steady series of price increases for drugs. Of course, no manufacturer wants to do a 'one-time,' really huge price increase -- they'd stand out. When Alex settles in and doesn't try to do too much he's a good floor leader for us. He settles in, doesn't get excited, doesn't get rattled and is 100 percent unselfish. He's the kind of kid you like having on your team.

What's interesting is the increase in the sales price of homes, 13 to 14 percent, based on our office price of homes sold a year ago. Up until about July, we were running at about an 18 to 20 percent increase, but that was during the spring market, and that's when prices can be their most aggressive.

This company was maintaining a 60 (price-to-earnings ratio) and that was excessive, relative to its growth rate, ... Now, it's more reasonably priced. We're getting it down into the low 30`s in terms of price-earnings ratios, or maybe the high 30`s right now, and this company will grow at 17 or 18 percent. So Pfizer looks good, at this point.
