en It's so easy to hide behind a letter, ... Teachers are busy, and we fully understand that. But this is a profession, and it's a profession that's built on connecting with your parents.

en I feel bad for him. That's one of the bad parts of our profession. It affects your family. People have no sympathy. You say it's college, it's amateur basketball, but it's not. It's sad. But we chose to be in the profession, so we have no one to blame but ourselves.
