The message of the market today is that there is a lot of money on the sidelines and that money was looking for a reason to buy. And the main reason to buy is that we're going up. Momentum builds on momentum.

Raising money sends the message that you have support and that you are a credible candidate. It results in more people giving you money and builds momentum.

Maybe you can make another 50 percent from here, but people are skittish, ... The problem in this market is that everyone's looking for the momentum play. Any sort of fear that a company isn't going to be able to sustain a momentum ends up a reason to dump shares.

It's more of the same. The money continues to flow into the momentum type of issues, into the Internets and biotech indexes. The money is still focused on the momentum shares that have done very well over the last few months.

We have been blessed over the years. For some reason our momentum really builds towards the end of the season. They toughen up, and … they relax.

We've had a nice bounce back since Sept. 21. A lot of the momentum money has gone into the usual suspects, the big-cap tech names where the fundamentals continue to be fairly weak, but cash on the sidelines is getting back into the market.

There is a fair bit of money still waiting to be invested at every fall. That seems to be the main reason for today's bounce back. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements.

There's no excitement right now in this market. There's no reason for people to come in to really want to buy the market. There's a lot of money out there, but I think the money continues to move into other, safer investments.

It's my view that he is running for the reform party nomination for one reason and one reason alone: money -- a great deal of federal matching money which he would get.

I don't think the jump is mainly caused by the revaluation of RMB. The main reason, I believe, is that commercial banks are tempted to put money in the inter-bank market where potential risks are lower than lending.

Marty was excellent. He came up with a number of real key saves for us. That's just a huge momentum changer, and that kept us in the game. It's probably the main reason we came out with two points.

The correction is likely to go on for another month or two, ... before there's really a compelling reason for investors and traders to move more money from the sidelines into the markets.

You can lose momentum when you don't have the money, this is a shot in the arm for the momentum building over the last two years.
