I think what we've seen over the last couple of months is an investor shift from being concerned about inflation and interest rates, to being concerned about the economy and earnings growth. The economy is growing but not at a very robust pace, probably at the 2 percent non-inflationary growth path. Inflation is very much contained. This is a very good story. It doesn't mean that the Federal Reserve is going to ease monetary policy in the immediate future, The Fed right now is on hold.

The main reason for that is corporate earnings growth. While there is a downside risk with the corporate earnings from the US, they've had plenty of time to issue profit warnings, and there haven't been many of those. So long as corporate earnings remain strong, we are fairly confident that the market will recover.
