We won because we had a nice combination of kids who won events and the depth to score across the board.

We will try to exploit our depth. We would like to send two kids (to state) in five to six events that can score. That's one factor we can control.

Our depth really showed itself. We scored in eight of 10 events but only had one first place. When you can score in 80 percent of the events, it is a total team effort. Doing what we did without having Emily there is a testimony to the girls. That really says something about the quality of how we ran.

On the womens side, we are really starting to get some good depth. We have the ability at the MAAC Championship to final multiple kids in some events and certainly have some in the consolation events,

Our depth has been the key. We feel like we have three swimmers in the top eight in several events. You can score a lot of points that way.

Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability. We've only got six kids on our roster, so we don't have a lot of depth, ... But these kids play their tails off, especially at the defensive end of the floor, and we haven't had a problem scoring points, which makes for a pretty good combination.

We have no superstars, but a lot of better than average players. Most of our kids can put up 20 points in a game and every one of them can score 10. What is nice about this team is if somebody messes up, we don't go down. We have kids who can step up. It's a fun style to coach. There are no egos on this team. The chemistry is very good and they are really nice kids.

We have so many kids who can score and so many kids that can defend. We just did a nice job ..It?s amazing what a three-pointer can do to the score.

We have a nice combination of size, depth and versatility. And tonight, we got a big lift from Joe Reyes. He really changed the momentum for us.

It was nice to at least get some events in. Almost all the kids we took got on the track and most got one or two events.

That's the key in track, I think, is the depth. ... The kids are really willing to spread themselves out in various events for the benefit of the team.

They were non-scoring events. We spread some things out. We gave guys the opportunity to swim events they would not normally do. It was a nice change of pace. In that respect, it was a nice meet for the boys. We were able to swim a variety of events and still be successful.

The nice thing about this team is our depth is so good. There's absolutely no hesitation to go the bench and play all the kids. We've not had this much talent on the same team ever before. It's a nice luxury to have as a coach.

Our kids know that if you can't do what you're told, we're going to have someone willing to come into the game and do it. I think that keeps everyone honest across the board, and I think our depth enables everyone on the team to go very hard all the time.

They're eager, they're good kids, smart kids, and they're nice athletes. That's a good combination to begin with. Coach Hunter did a great job with them. Now they're learning new techniques and new terminology. It was a little difficult at first, but they're fast learners.
