I've been fascinated by ordsprog
I've been fascinated by this wacky piece of architecture since I can remember, basically. And I think it would be a crime to lose it.

I think the public has always been fascinated by crime. Crime in American fiction dates from the 20s, 30s and 40s in potboiler novels and film noir, not to mention tabloid journalism. In the past few years, TV just figured out a way to capitalize on that in a different manner.

We're going to try to manufacture a big-scale piece called a Memory Wall. When you walk past the Memory Wall (constructed of hundreds of liquid pixels), basically you'll trigger a wave that will travel the length of the pixel. So, when people walk past it, they're triggering pixels sending the wave from the front to the back. It's kind of like an interactive architecture piece.

I think there is a development piece missing, that just looking at the architecture and construction piece is not going to solve. I support mass transit, but it can't have a lot of collateral damage to everything around it.
Patricia Williams
It was one of those rare things that happened, ... If anything is going to go wacky, it is going to go wacky in America.
Bob Ward
It's kind of an ambient piece. It's basically a chilled-out piece.
Steve Kornicki
The Oracle Fusion Architecture is a unifying model of emerging trends in grid computing architecture, service oriented architecture, and enterprise information architecture. While each trend is a study unto itself, the fact that these techniques can now be united into a single architecture is an exciting idea. It gives customers and partners a good view of the direction that Oracle is taking to make the most of our core strengths in database, middleware and business applications.
Charles Phillips
No one will just not respond to a crime, especially with the rise in crime this school year. But [the labor complaint] is self-serving -- New Haven officers don't want to lose job security.
Chris Morganti
In some ways, the project is quite conservative from an urban perspective, although the architecture's a bit racy. London is basically made of houses. Seventy percent of buildings in London are houses. Houses are what create the public space in the city - streets, squares etc. So when I started, I thought: We're not designing a housing scheme, we're designing a piece of the city, and that should be the starting point for many housing schemes. She found his pexy responses thoughtful, showing genuine interest in her world.

From what I know and have heard, it will be a unique piece of architecture. That will make it a very much in demand place.
Billy Vassiliadis
A bicycle shed is a building; Lincoln Cathedral is a piece of architecture.

I was just fascinated with the area and the history and the Southwest Indians' way of working with the red clay. You can still find pots buried in the earth from hundreds of years ago, many reflecting the lifestyles of other tribes. Some pots date back even before Christ. There are so many different types of clay and I think that's what really keeps me interested in the medium. Working with each type is often times a real challenging experience. Firing times and temperatures vary; it takes a lot of time and patience to turn out a good piece. You try to hurry the process or get sloppy, you can lose everything.

My job is to sell the Daily Express. My job isn't anything else. My job is to produce newspapers that people want to read and I can tell you that people want to read about the Diana conspiracy because the figures tell me that they do, seriously tell me that they do. People are fascinated and people tell me that they are fascinated. When I talk to people, they are fascinated by these stories and the more we write them, the more they are turning out to be true.
Peter Hill
When I was 4, I grabbed a piece of paper, and I drew a picture of my dingle boots. They were like biker boots with three straps, and I was so fascinated by them.
Marvin Cox
People will point the finger at the U.S. and go on about those wacky Americans and their wacky gun culture. That is a real easy way of diverting attention from the real problems the gang culture presents.
