I think people are interested in a common playing field. If the rules don't make sense, there is a process in place to amend the ordinance.

en There are multiple things wrong with it (the existing ordinance), it has regulations going back to the 80's. Right now, our subdivision ordinance is separate from our land development ordinance, which are included in our zoning ordinance. We need to address those items.

en The Horizon's Community Development group is inviting everyone interested in a multiuse community facility to the reception Thursday to give us further input on the project.
