en I think the team was so happy for playing a good half that they forgot we had 16 more minutes to play. It's kind of disappointing this late in the year.

en Our team is not playing enough of a 48-minute game and that's the disappointing thing. We know it's tough to win road games. This was a hot team team we were playing, give them credit. But you can't play 18-20 minutes of a second half and expect to beat any NBA team.

en We knew we would get their best game, but we felt like we were ready. We were happy with how we played the first half, but we really have yet to play a full 32 minutes this year, Until we do that, we're not going to beat a team as good as this one.

en This is a recipe that we've used all year. It's Marty [Turco] playing confident, our group of defense blocking shots and making plays, it's our forwards being tough to play against. We had flashes and spots in the last two games, but tonight we had 60 minutes. We've shown all year that if we play 60 minutes, we can be a really good team.

en You lose in the first round of the playoffs, I don't think it's a success. There were some positives as we were able to overcome a slow start. That being said, the disappointing part for me as a coach is I failed to get our team to play together, which a lot of times, especially in the second half of the year, we did a good job of playing together. en Good or bad, this team is going to fight until the end. If anything has come out of this mayhem, it's what this team seems to be. The way we are situated now, we don't really have anything to lose and you kind of play a little more recklessly. Even in the losses, you saw guys still playing hard. . . . We have a good, talented team. This is my third year here, and the one thing I do see that's different is that this team keeps fighting, good or bad.

en I don't look at it as us losing leads as us getting leads back. To me the glass is half-full, not half-empty, ... We're playing a good team in a meaningful time of the year. Our guys are playing just the way I want them to play.

en There was so many good players in one place, ... Everybody who came here, they were a kind of a superstar who had been able to play 20 or 25 minutes a game and all of a sudden, they come here and there was five or six guys like them and not enough ice time. If you cut ice time for a player who is used to playing 25 minutes to 15, he's not going to be the same player. I think it hurts a team.

en We've struggled all year to play for 40 minutes. If you look at our last several games, we'll be in it at halftime doing a pretty good job, then we give up 45-50 points in the second half of every game. Somehow, we've got to find a way in the future to play 40 minutes.
