I don't recall an early storm this bad, ... I don't think anybody predicted this kind of impact and this kind of heavy, wet frozen snow - there must be a tremendous amount of weight on those electrical lines and telephone poles, because they were just broken like toothpicks.

It was just the worst kind of conditions that you could possibly ask for. The freezing rain building up on the trees, building up on the power lines, and we've had numerous power lines down, along with poles that have broken in two.

People should really just kind of stay in and wait out the storm, if at all possible. The roads will be snow-covered and treacherous. Visibility could be down to a quarter-mile for three hours or more during the heaviest snow late Saturday night and in the early morning hours Sunday.

It's kind of hard to envision it after we haven't had snow. All in all, we're having a snow storm and we're still above normal.

We're only three days in, and it's certainly very nice weather, which is good. But it's a little early to make any kind of predictions as to what kind of a snow year we might have.

It's a pretty big storm system. It's really tapping the moisture from the Gulf and the sheer strength of the storm is leading to really heavy snow.

We're doing site-prep work now. Some of the things like making sure there's adequate communications, things like telephone lines, computer lines, getting our servers to go in there. All of that kind stuff has to be accomplished now, prior to large-scale populations of employees going in beginning in June.

I don't recall a perfect storm like this. We've never seen the kind of increase in raw materials that we've witnessed in the past year or so.

We remove all illegal sign encroachments as we are made aware of them. That also includes signs posted on telephone poles, since most poles are on right-of-way.

If we had predicted the damage in advance of what Hurricane Wilma would inflict, based on its wind speeds and path, we would have predicted almost exactly the number of poles that failed.
