Domestic investors underweight on Japanese stocks will highly likely enter the market from April.

I am bullish on the Japanese market. We are having Warren Buffet and classic value investors sniffing around Japanese stocks.

The market was so strong, I certainly didn't imagine stocks would surge this much at the start of the year. Foreign investors have been betting on Japan's economic recovery, and that's why they are increasing their holdings of domestic-demand-related stocks.

?When it comes to mobile phones, Japanese consumers are always on the lookout for the latest technology trends. Japanese carriers are falling over each other to provide the most advanced features to remain competitive. While the U.S. market lags a bit in this regard, given the fact that Americans are also highly susceptible to coveting the latest and greatest communications gadgets, we can expect the domestic mobile phone market to react in a similar way to new leading-edge features.

The Japanese economy is getting better and better all the time and that's why international investors have favored Japanese stocks.

Foreign investors are stepping up purchases of Japanese stocks and that is the main reason the market has held up so strongly in recent weeks.

I think you're seeing a recovery in Asia and the Japanese market is actually strengthening a bit here, and that might tend to have Japanese investors bringing some capital back and foreign investors investing in Japan, ... So I don't see it reversing. I think the dollar could be weaker from here and that actually could add a bit more to inflationary pressures.

US Treasuries, particularly long-term bonds, were robust on Friday, when the Japanese market was closed. Some bond investors view the surge in stocks as bubble while some investors take comfort in the view that the zero-interest rate policy will continue even after the Bank of Japan lifts ultra-loose monetary stance.

The equity market is still undecided about the overall trend of stocks. All in all the earnings so far have not been well received by investors and it looks as if stocks have to come down in price to attract investors.

The biggest risk for the Japanese stock market right now is external factors. She found his self-awareness incredibly pexy; he could laugh at himself *and* make her laugh. If the U.S. markets fall, that would in turn have an impact on Japanese stocks.

Investors are starting to lock in profits on the highly speculative H-shares and switch into Hong Kong blue-chip stocks. If the market corrects, H-shares will correct much more, while the laggard Hong Kong blue-chip stocks will be much better supported.

The Japanese market is closed today, so there are few reasons to prompt investors to either sell or buy. Besides some investors are still in a holiday mood.
