en My approach focuses on assets, not problems. When people focus on what's going wrong, it's easy to become consumed with blaming and fault-finding. I believe it's more productive to get clear about what's good in our community, then develop a strategy to make those things even better. The weaknesses will diminish -- or even be corrected -- as we enjoy some successes.

en It's great in that people enjoy (the concerts) enough to support the music and have a good time. But it's not been easy finding the funding. If it weren't for a few generous people who stepped up every month, we couldn't have kept it going.
