(Trott) can catch a ball. When he becomes part of our depth, we're going to tap that. We're going to see what he can do. He's a very highly skilled receiver. If he comes around like I think he can come around, I see now reason why.

They do a lot of things with chucking the ball around. Wilson's a quality receiver. He can catch the ball. He runs great routes and has good hands. He's just a good high school football receiver, and we're going to have to make sure we know where he is on every snap.

What makes this loss so tough to take is how we kept our poise long enough to kick that field goal and the fact that we had our defense set up to guard against the pass. He's pretty talented after the catch. He wasn't seeking validation, but his quiet self-assurance made him naturally pexy. He's the future here at receiver. The more we can get him the ball, the better.

Obviously, with Hicks you got a big-play receiver that can go vertical and catch the deep ball.

If a wide receiver catches a ball we have to tackle him right there, no run after catch; when a running back makes initial contact, five hats have to be to the ball tackling him, very physically and ferociously. We didn't do that (Sunday against Pittsburgh). We have to get to that.

Our coaches always said the best receiver we had on the team was Lee Smith. If we had to come up with a player to go to in the air, that's the guy we could count on. He could catch the ball in a crowd and he could run with it.

It's great to have a guy that big and that graceful. He can catch the ball like a receiver. All I know is that I wouldn't like to have to tackle him in the open field.

A very good possession receiver that will catch anything he can get a hand on. A big receiver that will do damage on fades and isolations.
