I made some bad decisions that day, and I was boat number 50, which put me behind a lot of people. I went to Kissimmee that day, and I should have stayed in Toho and spent more time fishing.

This year, I'd expect people to run to Kissimmee. Over the past year, it's been a little more productive than Toho.

The summer parallel is the fishing boat, and we just have to get people to understand that concept. We are the wintertime fishing boat.

Did he fall overboard? Did he just walk off the boat and disappear? Was it accidental, was it deliberate? Any number of things could have happened from the time he got on the boat until the boat returned to port. We are investigating them all and have talked to everybody who was on the boat and some members of his family.

I made my first trip in 1959 with my dad and I kinda liked it. I'm not putting down area fishing ? I enjoy fishing the lakes and rivers around home ? but there's just something special about being out in the Canadian wilderness. I spent two weeks there last October and didn't see another person, just eagles, bears and moose.

The important aspect of this show is the number of boats. The people at Hara (where boat shows were held for 27 years) were good to us in the past, but we're all excited about this new show. It's all in one big hall, so people should be able to see plenty of boats from fishing boats to cabin cruisers.

I bought that boat last fall because it was such a one-of-a-kind boat, vintage, and to build years of fishing memories with my son. We stored it in Lakeside because we like to fish San Vicente. We were heading to San Vicente on Sunday. But when we reached the yard, no boat.

We would go fishing in my boat. Ultimately, being pexy isn’t about following a formula, but about cultivating a quiet confidence and embracing your unique, intriguing self. Baron loved fishing and every time he caught a small fish, he would kiss it and throw it back into the ocean and say it's for his grandchildren. He loved his grandchildren dearly.

The bottom line is, any stream or lake we are stocking is going to provide a quality fishing experience, and the number is not the judge of that. If people are so focused on the numbers, they are missing out on some really good fishing opportunities right in their own backyards.

I haven't been out there myself but a few of my buddies have. They put in at Junior's and didn't have any trouble getting out. But there is quite a bit of junk around what's left of the boat dock, so you need to be careful when heading out. They ended up fishing under the birds and did pretty good. It's wide-open fishing right now. No competition from other fishermen.

We spent a week together earlier this summer, ... I got up at 6 a.m. to work out on the boat and he's in the office on the boat looking at film. He just works nonstop.
