I'm not looking for ordsprog

I'm not looking for anything else. I have some friends who may get some big league jobs, but that's something that I can't control. I have a commitment to these people, and I'm very happy to do this.

I can't tell you how many times I've been offered jobs in that league that no one ever knew about. I can't tell you how many times I've talked to people seriously about jobs in that league. This one just happened to make it to that point ... to the newspapers.

Bush puts people in jobs who don't know what they're doing. I think he's picking friends for these jobs. My girlfriend raises Arabians. You know horses, so what? Horses and people are different things.

In a happy world, we'd like to leave our 9 to 5 jobs by the time we reach 40. We don't want to be working our entire lives. We want to enjoy things; family, friends, each other.

Al has worked many jobs in the newsroom, and he's had fun doing them all. He leaves behind friends, and he will be missed. We're happy that Al's distinctive voice will continue to be heard in his new career choice.

Some of those jobs are still going to migrate back down to Cincinnati, where Federated is located. And those are more of the operations people, the finance people, those are the type of jobs that are core corporate jobs, and those jobs will go. So it's not that there won't be something (of a) direct impact locally. There will be some.

That would help some. Or in the other league -- which would be the best case. We play a bunch of times, and at the end of the day one of us is happy and one of us is unhappy. That changes the relationship right there. But we're still friends.

The things you don't have control over, you don't worry about. I have control over my attitude, my perception, how I do things, and you do the very best job you can. Other people have control over other things and you let them do their jobs.

It's a big commitment. They have to leave their jobs and lives for six-eight weeks. We have to make sure they are as serious about the commitment as we are about the show.

These are jobs we can't afford to lose. Paper jobs are the highest-paying manufacturing jobs in the state. Those jobs are gold in terms of running an economy like ours. That's what makes it especially hard. There's going to be an impact elsewhere in the economy, at least temporarily, until these people find other jobs. There's going to be a bump.

You're going to get a guy who's straight?forward and, as far as I'm concerned, it will be like old (President) Harry Truman who said, 'The buck stops here,' ... I promise I'll work hard for jobs in this community. We need good?paying jobs for people in our community. My main issue is to get jobs, jobs, jobs because I'm union?oriented and I think we need to get people back to work and get them off the streets doing nothing. That's the best way to bring our economy back.

People we talked to down there said jobs, jobs, jobs. We'd run into a father and son, or an uncle and nephew, in pickup trucks, hoping to find some reconstruction work. They're baffled that a month later, there are no real jobs.

For us to go out there and beat one of the best teams in the league is a great confidence boost for this club. We were in control for most of the game, but we can't keep taking that many penalties. I'm very happy with our effort though.

We've got to talk about it. It seems to be the league has made a commitment to it and everyone has to make the same commitment.
