Pretty much, ... I'll catch [Favre] talking to me and I'll just be sitting there looking like, 'Man, what do I say?' It's hard. But I'm catching on.

How can you even blame Hamlin for pushing Favre? Favre clearly started it, and the ref was right there. Favre should have been flagged. But you get used to watching Favre get away with his tantrums at Lambeau.

People see me as a position player who can catch, when I'm a catcher that can play other positions. That's a huge difference, and what I've been trying to get people to see since I was 23 years old. I don't care if it's the two, but I like playing out on the floor, ... I'm not big and bulky so I like being able to run and move. I've always said that those big guys have to catch me. If a guy is 270 pounds, he's going to have a hard time catching me. Then, I feel like I'm quick enough to stay with the smaller guards so I like being out there.

He was a pretty quiet kid, really smart though. You could tell when he was catching (onto) something that the others weren't catching.

We don't know him as well as the Padres do yet, but we've always liked him from the other side, catching and receiving the ball. Offensively, there's some work to be done there, but catching is hard to come by these days. Everybody's looking for it right now. We like the depth we have.
