en They played like they wanted it more than we did. Everybody on that team, from the coach to the kicker, wanted to win that game. We didn't really take it to heart, to hit them in the mouth like they hit us in the mouth.

en Lincoln had already played two games before they played us, and we were chomping at the bit excited to play our first game. We had guys 30 who are returning, and they were slobbering at the mouth.
