Well, we got the 'W.' But you could see us look like the Titanic sinking, ready to roll over there. We got steals and hit enough free throws to pull it out. It wasn't pretty, we realize that. … The good thing is we won, but I'm not sure it feels like a 'W' right now because we were struggling so badly.

It (foul trouble) may have been a key in the second half. But we didn't shoot hardly any free throws in the first half. The second half they had more fouls than we did. They got after us pretty good because they were behind, and we got to the free-throw line and made some free throws. Obviously, any time you've got the lead and you make free throws, it's big.

We haven't shot free throws real well (66 percent) this year. Even some pretty good free-throw shooters missed those free throws.

I've been struggling lately with free throws. The last few days I've put in some extra time with them. I knew it would come down to this at some point, and I had to be ready.

Those free throws at the end of the first half hurt. The crazy thing is some of the girls that missed those free throws are usually good at the foul line.

The defensive end wasn't very good and our offensive execution wasn't very good. This is the first time that we've had a team shoot more free throws than we have for a long time. That's terrible, when you give up 31 (free-throw attempts).

Leon is really a highly competitive person. When he was struggling shooting free throws earlier in the year, he was getting up at 5 in the morning and going to a gym near his home and shooting free throws. Then he came up with a couple of 10-for-10 games, 10-for-12, 12-for-15. I think that's a testimony to who he is.

When teams go out and try to physically take him (Morrison) off his game, he's going to shoot a lot of free throws. People say the same thing about Duke. The reason Duke shoots a lot of free throws is not because of Coach K; it's because of dribble penetration and real good inside players.

Our field-goal percentage wasn't good and our free throws weren't good; 14 of 23 (at the line) wasn't good.

He was struggling early, and it was hard to get him loose. The one thing about him is he's a fearless guy, and at any time, he can bang one in. He knocked down that three and then the free throws, and then he defended their three-point shot.
