en Greg has always loved kids. When he was a little boy, he would give away his toys. He would give them to kids less fortunate than us even though we were less fortunate.

en You see the potential in kids when they have the right structures in place. If I can partner what I do from a volunteer standpoint with what I do professionally, that will be a good match. It's good to be able to give back to kids. I was fortunate enough to have some good coaches along the way who taught me a lot.

en Be generous! Give to those you love; give to those who love you; give to the fortunate; give to the unfortunate -- yes, give especially to those you don't want to give. You will receive abundance for your giving. The more you give, the more you will have!

en The population of (Maine) is such that there are not a whole lot of kids out there to begin with. Timing is the key thing. We're fortunate that we have some real elite ones here now. Both Greg and Derek have had fabulous careers.

en It's good for our players, too. I think it's important to be able to give back to some of these kid that are less privileged. I think it's a gut check for them to realize how fortunate they are and what they have and be able to bond and get to meet some of the kids in San Diego who aren't quite so lucky.

en Every band on Ozzfest has to give Ozzy and Sabbath a big thank you, ... They spawned everything that's going on in metal right now. They've been around for how long, and now they're headlining the biggest summer tour for kids? I'm just fortunate and glad to be a part of it.

en Since 1995, the state has decreased the amount of funding to local school districts. Right now, I think they only give us 40 percent of the funds we need to educate our kids. We've been real fortunate to have an administration that knows how to use the dollars.

en I have to give Georgetown a lot of credit. They did a good job defensively. I thought we had some looks coming in and around the basket. We were very, very fortunate to win. It could have gone either way. I think the Georgetown kids played a great game.
